Nice to meet you, Skyler. Would you please introduce yourself?
Hello, my name is Skyler and I am part of the People & Facilities team in the CPLB (Coupang Private Label Brands) Organization. I joined the company in September of 2020.
What experience did you have before joining CPLB?
For most recent experience, I was a recruiting coordinator for a company in the US. It was a fun experience and I still use many of the learnings I gained at that time and occasionally coordinate interviews here as well.
What do you think makes CPLB special?
What makes CPLB special is that we are fast-paced. Our organization had certain characteristics that allows us to “Move with urgency”. We use our time efficiently and we prioritize completing tasks. This means we don't linger on unnecessary tasks, reports, or approvals. As a team, we always welcome any suggestions or helping hands. At CPLB, I've rarely felt bored because things are always moving, and we rarely get stuck in processes. Overall, it's fun and motivating to see my work make an impact.
What kind of candidates are you looking for at CPLB?
I think one characteristic we look for is whether the talent is flexible. We are looking for candidates who can be flexible to different ideas, change of plans, and embrace the bit of uncertainty that comes with change.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Taking on new p I enjoy my routine tasks, but I like that I have a mixture of the two, this keeps everything exciting. Even with my routine tasks, I'm constantly brainstorming ideas & goals for myself, and my manager is supportive of these projects.
What is your favorite CPLB product?
I have several, but my first pick would be Milk Whipped Cream Castella bread by our GomGom brand and then my second is the Gomgom rice balls.
