Once you click the 'Submit' button, a 'Thank you for applying' message will appear at the bottom of the page. You will also receive a confirmation email. Please make sure you have entered your e-mail address accurately.

We only accept online applications through our career site, Coupang.jobs. Applications received through email, post, or in person are not accepted.
Please ensure that your e-mail address is entered correctly, as important updates and interview information will be shared via e-mail. If you need to make any changes, please inquire your recruiter directly.
Yes, you may submit both a resume and a portfolio. Please upload your resume in the "Resume" section and use the "Cover Letter" section to upload any additional portfolios or documents.
Yes, you may also apply for experienced hire positions. Please be sure to check the number of years of experience specified in the job description.
- Multiple applications: You are welcome to apply for multiple positions. However, please note that you may only go through an interview process for one position at a time.
- Re-application: You are welcome to reapply for the same job. However, please note that the review process may be identical as before.
Future graduates may apply as long as their full-time employment does not interfere with any remaining academic courses.
Please be sure to consult with your professor or necessary departments to secure your working hours.
Job-related certifications or credentials may help depending on the position but is not mandatory.
Yes, you may apply for any positions in the Korean office even if you're not located in Korea as long as you are eligible for a work visa.
You are welcome to apply for multiple positions at different Coupang subsidiaries. However, please note that you may only go through an interview process for one position at a time.
The recruitment process for part-time and full-time employees is different. Full-time employment for any contract employers may depend on the position and internal circumstances.
If the size of the file exceeds the standard, your upload may not be successful. There is no maximum size limit, but we recommend uploading at the minimum size.
Please check the capacity once more before uploading. If the upload continues to fail, you may upload the file to your personal drive and attach the URL.

Currently, we do not receive any personal inquiries through the Coupang career site.
If you have inquiries about a specific position, please apply for that position and ask your designated recruiter.
After submission, you can only edit your application by inquiring your recruiter. Please be sure to consult your recruiter directly regarding any changes.

The general recruitment process consists of: Application review ▶ Phone interview ▶ Virtual/Onsite interview.
Depending on the position, there may be additional stages in the recruitment process. Please refer to the details specified in the job description you applied for.
We do not enforce any type of dress code for our interviews. Please choose an attire that is comfortable and appropriate for an interview.

The results for each recruitment stage are announced within a week on average via e-mail or phone.
Coupang treats virtual interviews the same as in-person.
We kindly ask that you use video for your virtual interview. If you do not have access to a webcam, please let your recruiting contact know in advance.
The virtual interviews are not recorded and only the interviewees and interviewers for the interview can access them during the scheduled times. We conduct all interviews from a secure and private account.
It is possible to access the interview through a mobile device. However, we recommend using a PC (laptop) with a stable Internet connection to avoid any technical issues.
You can review interpretation support from Coupang's interpretation team. However, if the position you applied for requires a specific level of a foreign language, the interview may proceed without an interpreter.
If you require interpretation support, be sure to communicate solely in your native language to avoid any confusion in interpretation. Please request this support only when it is absolutely necessary. Be sure to communicate as clearly and concisely as possible at a slow pace for interpreters to fully deliver your response.
If the interview is conducted onsite, parking support is available for the date and time of the scheduled interview. Please inquire the information desk on the floor where your interview was held. Due to limited parking capacity, we recommend our candidates to take public transportation.
You will be asked questions based on your past experiences to validate your competency for the role and see how well you fit into Coupang's leadership principles. When answering situational interview questions, the SBI format is a great way to provide your audience with a structured and succinct response. Certain questions in each interview may overlap, but please give your best answers for each round as you may be evaluated on different Coupang leadership principles.
- Step 1: Have your PC (laptop) and earphones ready in advance. Placing yourself in a quiet place with a stable internet connection will ensure a smooth interview process.
