Hello, my name is Cynthia. I am a happy single mother of a wonderful 8-year-old. I have been a member of the Coupang family since March 15, 2018. I was hired as Operations Manager to support Outbound and to increase our availability to a 24-hour operation, seven days a week.
What was your experience before joining Coupang?
I have several years of experience working in Supply Chain and 3PL companies, with Forward and Reverse Logistics.
What is the main role of your team at the FC Riverside, what kind of projects do you work on?
My role has recently changed to Inventory Control manager. My team and I drive analysis and optimization of inventory management systems and processes to ensure we achieve world-class inventory availability and inventory health, as well as improve and sustain inventory global industrial standards at a fast-paced company growth.
What makes Coupang in the US special in your opinion?
Culture, Coupang is a challenging company that forces you to grow and develop yourself, a company that allows you to have a life balance. It is great to work alongside an energetic group of people that share the same goals, they are “My Coupang Family”.
What are you looking forward to in your current team?
I am excited to see where the future will take us. I am looking forward to expanding and growing our customer satisfaction so they can ask themselves “How did we ever live without Coupang?”
