Recruitment Process

Recruitment Process

Throughout the hiring process, we assess candidates from multiple perspectives, considering both their professional capabilities and alignment with Coupang’s culture.

1. Application Review

Please submit your resume in any format, highlighting your relevant experience and skills. We encourage you to showcase your achievements with specific data and measurable results where possible. Coupang hires on an ongoing basis, with a focus on each candidate’s competencies and qualifications.

2. Recruiter Screening Call

Candidates who successfully pass the application review will be invited to an initial conversation with a recruiter. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your career goals and interests, explore how they align with the role and opportunities at Coupang, and provide an overview of the organization and hiring process.

3. Interview

Job Fit Interview:
This stage focuses on your alignment with Coupang’s Leadership Principles. We’ll explore how you have approached challenges, made decisions, and demonstrated key behaviors in past experiences to understand how you may work within Coupang’s culture and ways of working.

Focus Interview: Coupang business leaders and interviewers from diverse backgrounds will assess your professional expertise, technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and overall fit for the role.
* Depending on the role, candidates may be asked to complete an online coding assessment or take-home assignment.
