Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Principal, Supply Chain Management to lead inbound planning operations across fulfillment centers (FCs). This role is pivotal in driving capacity planning, inventory alignment, and operational excellence through structured S&OP processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and tech teams to ensure accurate forecasting, optimal resource utilization, and seamless execution of inbound plans.

What You Will Do

  • Short-Term Operational Planning: Own weekly Capacity planning and daily inbound forecasting, signoff processes, and capacity uploads.
  • Manage FC-level weekly signoffs, manual reordering, and vendor flex capacity updates, ensuring alignment of Retail and Non-Retail ROQ with forecasted demand and capacity.
  • Strategic & Mid-Term Planning: Lead 12-week planning cycles and annual/quarterly budgeting for inbound operations, managing Rough Cut Capacity Plans (RCCP) and ensure PvA accuracy.
  • Drive inventory mix analysis and adherence to DOC targets at business group and capacity type levels.
  • Track and improve KPIs such as: Utilization % at day x FC x Capacity type level / ROQ Cuts, Phasing, and Variation / Signoff Accuracy (Weekly/Daily) / Inventory Adherence and Mix
  • Maintain and enhance the S&OP IB Dashboard for real-time visibility and decision-making, collaborating with BI teams to build scalable tools and dashboards (e.g., Bi_v3).
  • Process Excellence & Automation: Lead initiatives to simplify planning processes and automate data flows.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly S&OP Connects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders (FC operations, finance, and tech teams to resolve capacity issues and implement new configurations)

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in inbound or fulfillment operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and planning tools.
  • Experience with S&OP processes and KPI tracking frameworks.
  • Strong English proficiency, capable of independently leading meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce or high-volume retail environments.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and dashboarding platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  4. In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
  5. The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
