- AI-Native Data Platform & Insights — Build intelligent, low-latency data infrastructure that goes beyond dashboards. You will design systems incorporating LLM-powered analytics, natural language querying (Text-to-SQL/Text-to-API), automated anomaly detection, and proactive business insight generation.
- Enterprise Knowledge Graph & Agentic RAG Systems — Architect multi-step, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) loops and hybrid storage layers. You will connect dense vector embeddings with structured Knowledge Graphs to enable deterministic semantic search and multi-hop reasoning for autonomous internal agents.
- AI-Augmented Software Development Lifecycle — Pioneer stateful, agentic workflows that accelerate software development from requirement analysis to code generation, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines—bringing AI copilots seamlessly into production engineering.
- LLM Evaluation, Safety & Governance — Establish automated evaluation benchmarks (using LLM-as-a-judge frameworks), strict guardrails, and responsible AI practices to ensure cost-efficiency, data privacy, and reliability at enterprise scale.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional / Good to Have):
While the core focus of this role is AI engineering, we highly value hands-on experience extending into backend infrastructure, modern MLOps, and cross-regional collaboration:
- Orchestration & Data Infrastructure: High-performance frameworks (Python/FastAPI), stateful graph orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph), Vector DBs, and Graph DBs.
- MLOps & Observability: Tools for containerized model deployment and evaluation monitoring (Triton Inference Server, MLflow).
- Global Collaboration: Effective English verbal and written communication skills to facilitate smooth collaboration and technical alignment across our regional hubs in Shanghai, Seoul, and the US.
