Role Overview

本職位負責中段運輸（Middle Mile / Linehaul）之規劃與優化，透過數據分析與需求預測，轉換為可執行的運輸與運力配置計畫，提升整體配送網路效率並降低營運成本。
此角色需與跨部門緊密合作，確保運輸規劃精準、執行穩定，並持續推動流程與效能優化。

What You Will Do

  • 負責中段運輸規劃（Linehaul）之執行與協調，確保符合營運與作業需求
  • 依據預測需求（Forecast），制定運輸路線與運力配置計畫
  • 分析運輸路線（Route / Lane）、產能、運輸效率與成本數據，提出優化建議
  • 辨識運輸規劃中的風險、限制條件與取捨（Trade-offs），提升整體效益
  • 支援不同情境規劃（Scenario Planning），包含高峰期、需求波動及網路調整
  • 建立並優化報表、分析工具與Dashboard，提升決策效率與預測準確度
  • 與營運、物流及相關團隊密切合作，確保運輸計畫順利落地

Basic Qualifications

  • 3年以上運輸規劃、運力規劃、或營運規劃相關經驗
  • 具備數據分析與建立規劃模型的實務經驗
  • 具備良好邏輯與數據導向思維，能獨立進行問題分析與解決
  • 細心且具備多工處理能力，能同時管理多項規劃任務
  • 熟悉 Excel（進階功能）或 Google Sheets
  • 具備 SQL、Python 或資料視覺化工具（如 Tableau）使用經驗

Preferred Qualifications

  • 工業工程、物流、供應鏈管理、商管相關科系背景
  • 具備中段運輸（Middle Mile）或幹線運輸（Linehaul）經驗
  • 曾參與高運量、時效要求高的營運環境（如電商、物流）
  • 具備基本英文溝通能力
