Role Overview
We are looking for an adaptable partner to support strategic initiatives across Price Sharpness Operations and Financial Partnerships workstreams.
In this role, you will serve as a key operational anchor for the Price Sharpness team—managing high-priority ad-hoc requests, leading special projects, and driving continuous process efficiency across core auditing operations. In addition to that, you will analyze market pricing dynamics, evaluate financial promotional structures, and translate complex partner offers into clear operational insights as well.
What You Will Do
Market Analysis & Business Intelligence:

Track and analyze promotional trends, payment offers, and financial incentives across key channels.

Evaluate promotional mechanics and integrate market information into actionable summaries and operational guidance.
Project Management & Operational Scaling:

Manage and execute operational requests and strategic projects.

Identify process improvements to scale audit workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Support cross-functional priorities and adapt to evolving business needs as required.
Basic Qualifications

Operational Rigor: Exceptional organization and structural thinking, with a proven ability to bring order to complex, ambiguous workflows and execute tight-deadline deliverables.

Strategic & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting market trends, evaluating underlying strategy, and structuring data into clear operational insights.

Adaptability & Execution: Highly flexible, proactive track record in managing ad-hoc projects, scaling processes, and supporting diverse team priorities as business needs evolve.
Preferred Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with banking offers, payment mechanics, and promotional reward ecosystems is valuable, alongside a strong motivation to build deep domain expertise in the banking sector.
