Job Overview:

Coupang Eats is a service by Coupang where we deliver quality food, groceries, and everyday essentials to customers’ doors. We build the Customer app, Store app, Courier app, websites for Stores, back office, and operations systems.

As we expand into Quick Commerce, we aim to provide a fast, reliable, and seamless customer experience for on-demand delivery. We are looking for a Product Manager to own key areas of the customer journey and drive improvements in discovery, ordering, and post-order experience for Quick Commerce.


Key Responsibilities:

As a product manager in the Customer domain, you will focus on building and optimizing the end-to-end customer experience for Quick Commerce. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-impact features.

  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and overall customer satisfaction in Quick Commerce
  • Define product requirements, use cases, and success metrics; manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Use data, experimentation (A/B testing), and customer insights to inform product decisions and iterate quickly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and intuitive customer experiences
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to incorporate feedback and translate it into scalable product features
  • Ensure alignment across teams and drive execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product management or related roles
  • Experience building and launching customer-facing digital products
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Bias for action and willingness to dive deep into problem solving
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Business fluency in English


Preferred:

  • Experience in e-commerce, food delivery, or Quick Commerce products
  • Familiarity with customer journey optimization, growth, or personalization
  • Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing
  • Business fluency in Korean

Document Return Policy

  • This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
