The Data Analyst will interpret logistics data, produce operational KPI reporting, and provide analytical support for business decisions in Taiwan. This role will use SQL, Excel, big-data environments, and ETL workflows to transform structured data into reliable analysis and reporting. The analyst will work with stakeholders in Mandarin and English to align business requirements, explain findings, and support knowledge transfer across teams. (The role may also be positioned in the market as a Logistics Data Analyst, Operations Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Supply Chain Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.)

• Analyze logistics and operational data to deliver KPI reporting that supports decision-making in Taiwan.
• Build SQL queries and use Excel to join, filter, reconcile, and interpret structured datasets.
• Maintain ETL data flows and identify data-quality issues that affect analytical outputs.
• Produce analytical reports and communicate findings to stakeholders in Mandarin and English.
• Align cross-functional requirements and support data migration and knowledge-transfer activities.
• (Own dashboard and visualization reporting workflows that convert operational data into accessible business views.)

• Demonstrated data analytics experience, including operational KPI reporting or analytical reporting ownership.
• Demonstrated SQL capability in query construction, table joins, filtering, and structured-data analysis.
• Advanced Excel capability for structured analysis and business reporting.
• Experience working with big-data environments or large-scale datasets.
• Experience supporting ETL workflows, data-flow maintenance, or pipeline troubleshooting.
• Professional communication capability in Mandarin and English.
• Demonstrated stakeholder-management experience involving cross-functional coordination or business-requirement alignment.

• Experience with BI or visualization tools, dashboard ownership, or visualization reporting workflows.
• Experience analyzing logistics operations KPIs or vendor performance.
• Experience supporting data migration, system transitions, regional handovers, or knowledge transfer.
• Experience interpreting data schemas or explaining source-to-report lineage.
• Experience with Zeppelin or an alternative notebook-based analytics platform.
• Experience with cross-table reconciliation, data validation, or reconciliation workflows.
• Experience producing operational KPI reports or owning analytical reporting deliverables.
• Experience designing data flows or troubleshooting data pipelines.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or aligning business requirements.
• (Experience using equivalent market terminology or role structures across logistics, operations, BI, supply chain data, or reporting teams.)
