Role Overview:
As part of our exciting expansion plan in Taiwan, we are hiring a Principal Recruiter. A significant aspect of your role involves partnering closely with key business leaders to understand team needs, anticipate growth, and strategize talent acquisition aligned with the company’s expansion plan. You’d play a pivotal role in identifying high-impact individuals capable of driving innovation and change within their respective teams. Join us for such an exciting opportunity!
What You Will Do
- Actively recruit top talent in all aspects of the business
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Continuously partner with recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of direct, hands-on experience in either Recruitment
- Customer-oriented; understanding their needs and exceed their expectations
- Proven team player with excellent communication especially persuading, relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Experienced various type of recruiting (bulk hiring, leadership program, etc.)
- Analytical, creative and data driven
- Must be highly motivated, able to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in executive level (Director or above) hiring is highly preferred.
