ロケットナウは、送料とサービス料が無料のフードデリバリーサービスです。和食、洋食、ヘルシー志向の料理など多彩なジャンルの料理から、デザートやドリンクまで迅速かつお得にお楽しみいただけます。サービスは、北海道、東北（仙台）、関東（東京・神奈川・埼玉・千葉）、中部（愛知・静岡）、関西（大阪・京都・兵庫）、広島、九州（福岡）を中心に展開中です。
ロケットナウアプリは、グローバルマーケットインテリジェンス企業の「センサータワー（Sensor Tower）」が主催する「Sensor Tower APAC Awards 2025」にて、「2025年に世界でローンチされた飲食店注文・フードデリバリーアプリ部門」で「世界最多ダウンロード数を記録」したアプリに認定されました。また、『Best App Award 2025』において、カテゴリ別部門ショッピングカテゴリ優秀賞を受賞。iOS／Androidの両アプリストアのダウンロード数は、フードデリバリーアプリ部門9カ月連続1位を獲得しました*1。

Role Overview
Rocket Now（ロケットナウ）部門は、無限の成長と価値を向上させるために、加盟店やブラン ドパートナーを対象にサービスの紹介、入店、プロモーションプログラムの提案を行い、顧客にさらに魅力的 なセレクションを提供できるようにしています。本ポジションは、担当営業チームをリードし、営業企画、戦略実行を通じてチームのミッションと目標を達成し、メンバーの成長をリードする ポジションです。加盟店の獲得と安定した運営をサポートすることで、チームの役割と成果の価値を発見 し、中軸として当面している問題を解決します。
What You Will Do
- 営業チームをリードする • 営業戦略を立案し、実行戦略を導出する
- セレクション、市場分析などを通じてインサイトを導き出す
- 加盟店別、地域別、チャンネル別の関連指標の分析による成果分析やコンサルティングを行う
- 現場中心の思考を基に店舗の営業を進める
Qualifications
- 7年以上の B2C、B2B の営業の経験がある方
- 多様な商品、サービスに対し直接セールスをした経験がある方
- 戦略的思考に基づいた問題定義及び解決策の導出ができる方 優遇条件
- 戦略的思考と理解に基づいて実行戦略を導き出し、直ちに実行する自信がある方
- 営業拠点 - 大阪府、兵庫県、京都府、奈良県、滋賀県又は和歌山県
