職務概述

Coupang 的招募專員在推動公司快速成長中扮演關鍵角色,透過識別並招募優秀人才來支援業務擴展。作為一名 Recruiter,您將負責管理多個職缺,並作為組織的策略夥伴。同時,您也將作為品牌大使,推廣 Coupang 的領導原則與企業文化。

主要工作內容(What You Will Do

  1. 透過與候選人互動、蒐集市場資訊、提供洞察、影響內部利害關係人,並推動招募最佳實務,協助公司招募優秀人才以支應快速成長
  2. 採用數據導向的招募方式,管理招聘相關指標與系統資料,持續提升準確性與效率
  3. 善用多元招募管道(如求職平台、社群媒體、內部推薦、獵頭等)吸引高品質人才
  4. 與用人主管密切合作,深入了解職缺需求與期望,並在整個招募流程中提供指導與支持
  5. 制定並優化面試標準,以有效評估候選人的能力、經驗與文化契合度
  6. 與公關團隊合作,推動內外部品牌宣傳及招募行銷活動
  7. 確保清晰溝通、即時回饋,並提供流暢的應徵流程,提升候選人體驗

基本資格(Basic Qualifications

  1. 大學以上學歷,具備3年以上完整招募流程(full-cycle recruitment)經驗
  2. 有在營運中心、物流據點或辦公室環境中管理招募任務與pipeline的經驗
  3. 具備創意思維與跨團隊合作解決問題的能力
  4. 具備強烈目標導向,能達成具挑戰性的招募指標
  5. 具備中文母語能力及英文流利溝通能力(跨區域協作)

加分條件(Preferred Qualifications

  1. 對企業關鍵職能(如財務、法務、人資、物流、電商、科技)有基本理解
  2. 熟悉ATS(招募系統)操作及外部供應商(如獵頭)管理
  3. 具備快節奏或新創環境的工作或招募經驗

Role Overview
Coupang’s recruiters play a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth by identifying and hiring top talent. As a Recruiter, you will manage a portfolio of positions and act as a strategic partner to the organization. You will also function as an ambassador, championing Coupang’s leadership principles and corporate culture.

What You Will Do

  • Recruit talent for Coupang’s rapidly expanding business by engaging with candidates, gathering market intelligence, communicating insights, influencing stakeholders, and driving best practices across our recruitment organization
  • Employ a data-driven approach to recruiting, oversee recruitment metrics, and manage system data to continuously improve accuracy
  • Utilize innovative talent sourcing channels, including job portal sites, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment companies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand the clear needs and expectations of each position while providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
  • Define and improve interview criteria efficiently to assess candidates' abilities, experiences, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with the Public Relations team to lead internal and external promotional and recruitment marketing activities
  • Ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth application process to foster a positive candidate experience

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of total experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience in managing tasks and pipelines within fulfillment centers, logistics hubs, or office settings
  • Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and partnerships with other teams
  • Ability to attain challenging targets through goal-setting and personal drive
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English for cross-regional communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance/legal/HR/logistics/e-commerce/tech
  • Experience in managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and handling vendor communications
  • Experience of working or hiring within a fast-paced or start-up environment
