Role Overview
The primary mission of the Rocket Now Enterprise team is to strengthen strategic partnerships with key enterprise clients across the food delivery industry, while proposing solutions that drive long‑term and sustainable growth. This role plays a critical part in expanding and scaling the Enterprise business by developing sales strategies for major enterprise accounts, leading contract negotiations, managing relationships, and maximizing customer value whilst managing a team. Beyond managing key accounts, you must be able to analyze diverse data sets to identify growth opportunities and elevate overall team capability and performance through outstanding people leadership and organizational management.
What You Will Do
- Own and execute the Rocket Now Enterprise sales strategy, driving sustainable revenue and profit growth across key enterprise accounts through structured account planning, pipeline management, and commercial execution.
- Lead strategic relationships with major corporate clients, building long‑term partnerships with senior decision‑makers, understanding complex client needs, and positioning Rocket Now Enterprise as a critical growth partner.
- Design and deliver customized enterprise solutions, including contract structuring, pricing, service models, upselling and cross‑selling initiatives, to maximize customer value, retention, and lifetime revenue.
- Scale and manage the Enterprise Account Management organization, setting clear targets, establishing KPIs, coaching high‑performing teams, and continuously strengthening consultative sales capabilities.
- Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities, analyzing customer performance, behavioral trends, and commercial metrics to improve account outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
- Drive cross‑functional execution across Product, Operations, and Marketing, ensuring seamless delivery of tailored enterprise solutions and alignment around strategic customer priorities.
- Identify and incubate new enterprise business opportunities, contributing to Rocket Now’s long‑term growth by expanding partnership models, categories, and revenue streams.
Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 7 years in B2B sales and/or enterprise account management, with demonstrated ownership of complex, high‑value accounts.
- Proven success driving enterprise partnerships, including contract negotiation, commercial structuring, and sustained revenue growth with large or strategic customers.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset, with exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted, long‑term relationships.
- Excellent strategic execution and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in fast‑moving environments.
- Highly analytical and solutions‑oriented, able to anticipate risks, diagnose problems, and apply structured thinking to address business and project‑level challenges.
- Passion for continuous improvement, with a track record of optimizing processes, policies, and ways of working to support scalable growth.
- Strong cross‑functional collaborator with global communication capability, fluent in Japanese with business‑level English to operate effectively across diverse internal teams and international stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience in e‑commerce, quick commerce, O2O, or platform‑based companies
- Experience driving rapid growth and results in a startup or scale‑up environment
- Experience related to the delivery or logistics industry
- Business‑level fluency in English
