職務概述

Coupang 的招募與品牌團隊透過找尋與聘用頂尖人才,在公司高速成長過程中扮演關鍵角色。

身為雇主品牌資深專員,您將主導策略性專案,塑造市場對 Coupang 的整體認知。您將成為 RFC 招募團隊的策略合作夥伴,並以品牌大使的角色,透過創意內容與具影響力的品牌溝通,傳遞 Coupang 的領導理念與企業文化。

主要工作內容(What You Will Do

  • 推動整合式招募行銷策略(線上與線下),包括求職平台、社群媒體、校園活動與就業博覽會,以建立穩健的人才池。
  • 管理與優化各類招募渠道,透過分析轉換率與候選人品質,提升人才搜尋效率。
  • 推廣員工價值主張(EVP),於內外部溝通平台傳遞一致訊息,吸引多元人才族群。
  • 開發高影響力的招募內容與行銷活動,針對不同平台調整訊息,以提升品牌互動與吸引力。
  • 監控候選人全流程體驗與品牌感知,透過回饋找出瓶頸並持續優化候選人體驗。
  • 執行以數據為導向的品牌分析,追蹤關鍵指標(如單次招募成本、渠道投資報酬率、互動率),並提供管理層具體建議。
  • 緊密合作招募人員與用人主管,理解用人需求並轉化為有效的品牌行銷活動。

基本資格(Basic Qualifications

  • 大學學歷,具備 5 年以上雇主品牌、招募行銷或成效行銷經驗,且以人才招募為核心
  • 具備 多渠道行銷活動(線上與線下)管理經驗,熟悉招募漏斗運作
  • 具備創意思考與跨部門合作解決問題的能力
  • 具備目標導向與高度自我驅動力,能達成具挑戰性的目標
  • 熟悉數位內容策略與社群媒體數據分析

加分條件(Preferred Qualifications

  • 良好的數據分析能力,可使用分析工具評估行銷投資報酬率與招募成效
  • 對財務、法務、人資、物流、電商或科技等商業運作有基本理解
  • 曾於高速成長的新創或快節奏科技環境工作或招募

Role Overview

Coupang’s recruiters and branding specialists play a critical role in driving our phenomenal growth by identifying and hiring top talent. As an Employer Branding Senior Specialist, you will lead our strategic efforts to shape how the world perceives Coupang. You will act as a strategic partner to the RFC recruiting team, functioning as an ambassador who champions Coupang’s leadership principles and corporate culture through creative storytelling and impactful brand identity.

What You Will Do

  • Drive integrated recruitment marketing strategies across online and offline channels (e.g., job boards, social media, campus events, and career fairs) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Manage and optimize various recruitment channels by analyzing conversion rates and candidate quality to maximize sourcing efficiency.
  • Promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across internal and external communication platforms, ensuring the Coupang story resonates with diverse talent pools.
  • Develop high-impact recruitment content and campaigns, tailoring messaging for different platforms to enhance brand engagement.
  • Monitor the end-to-end candidate journey and brand perception, using feedback to identify bottlenecks and improve the overall candidate experience.
  • Execute data-driven analysis of branding initiatives, tracking key metrics (e.g., Cost-per-Hire, Channel ROI, Engagement) to provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and translate them into effective branding activations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or Performance Marketing with a strong focus on talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (Online & Offline) and understanding recruitment funnels
  • Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and cross-functional partnerships
  • Ability to attain challenging targets through goal-setting and personal drive
  • Proficiency in digital content strategy and social media analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong data literacy with experience in using analytics tools to measure marketing ROI and recruitment effectiveness
  • General understanding of business operations across key areas such as finance/legal/HR/logistics/e-commerce/tech
  • Experience of working or hiring within a high-growth start-up or fast-paced tech environment
