職務概述（Role Overview）
物流營運訓練專員（CLS）負責提升幹線運輸（Linehaul）、車隊配送（Driver）及分揀作業（Sortation）等物流營運流程的一線作業效率。
此職位結合教育訓練設計與現場營運執行，將物流作業流程轉化為可實際操作且具擴展性的訓練方案。候選人需直接深入倉庫及物流場站（Yard）現場，與第一線作業人員、站點主管及安全管理團隊密切合作，提供即時指導、優化訓練內容，並快速解決營運績效落差問題。
核心職責與職能範圍 (Key Capabilities & Scope)
- 訓練內容設計與開發（Design & Development）
負責從零到一設計及開發模組化、混合式學習教材，包括：
- 作業指引（Job Aids）
- 短影音教學
- 現場作業檢核表（Checklist）
- 實體授課教材（Instructor-Led Training, ILT）
內容涵蓋運輸、倉儲及物流相關作業流程。
- 現場訓練執行（On-the-Floor Execution）
直接於月台（Dock）、物流場站（Yard）及作業現場執行：
- 新人訓練（Onboarding）
- 技能提升課程（Skill Building Workshops）
- 內部講師培訓計畫（Train-the-Trainer）
確保訓練內容能有效落地並提升營運表現。
- 營運問題診斷與改善（Operational Problem-Solving）
與站點主管及營運管理團隊合作，分析並解決現場營運問題，例如：
- 包裹掃描異常（Mis-Scan）
- 月台延誤（Dock Delay）
- 作業標準未落實（Compliance Issues）
透過微學習（Micro-learning）及快速訓練方案改善現場績效。
工作內容（What You Will Do）
- 訓練內容設計與維護
- 建立、更新及維護幹線運輸（Linehaul）、車隊配送（Driver）及分揀作業（Sortation）相關教育訓練內容。
- 設計多元學習形式，包括：
- 快速參考手冊（Quick Reference Guides）
- 短影音教學模組
- 現場作業檢核表
- 講師授課教材（ILT）
- 確保所有司機與幹線運輸相關教材符合公司作業規範與最新標準。
- 訓練執行與推廣
- 為新進與在職同仁規劃並執行實作導向訓練課程，對象包含：
- 分揀作業員（Sortation Associates）
- 幹線調度員（Linehaul Dispatchers）
- 配送司機（Drivers）
- 定期深入倉庫及物流場站現場：
- 觀察作業流程
- 提供即時教練與回饋
- 支援第一線團隊能力提升
- 推動內部講師訓練計畫（Train-the-Trainer），培養各班別與站點的種子訓練員，擴大訓練覆蓋率。
- 營運協作與訓練需求分析
- 與輪班主管、車隊安全主管及站點經理合作，找出影響營運效率的關鍵問題，例如：
- 分揀掃描錯誤率偏高
- 司機安全事件
- 月台作業等待時間過長
- 根據問題快速調整既有訓練內容，或開發新的微學習教材與改善方案，以提升現場作業成果。

基本資格條件（Basic Qualifications）
工作經驗
具備 2 至 5 年以下任一領域相關經驗：
- 教育訓練設計（Instructional Design）
- 技術訓練（Technical Training）
- 營運訓練（Operational Training）
且曾任職於：
- 運輸業（Transportation）
- 倉儲物流業（Warehousing）
- 物流配送業（Logistics）
物流現場知識
具備以下實務理解：
- 分揀中心作業流程（Sortation Operations）
- 條碼掃描系統（Scanning）
- Cross-docking（轉運作業）
- 輸送帶系統（Conveyor Systems）
- 商業車輛法規與司機管理要求
- 幹線運輸場站（Linehaul Yard Operations）
訓練工具能力
熟悉：

Role Overview
The Logistics Training Specialist (CLS) drives front-line operational efficiency across Linehaul, Driver, and Sortation workstreams. Sitting at the intersection of instructional design and floor execution, this role translates logistics workflows into hands-on, scalable training programs. The specialist works directly on the warehouse floor and in the yard alongside front-line workers, site supervisors, and safety leads to deliver real-time coaching, refine training materials, and rapidly resolve operational performance gaps.
Key Capabilities & Scope
- Design & Development: End-to-end creation of modular, blended learning assets (job aids, short videos, floor checklists, and ILT decks) tailored to transport and warehouse ops.
- On-the-Floor Execution: Direct facilitation of onboarding, skill-building workshops, and train-the-trainer programs on the dock and in the yard.
- Operational Problem-Solving: Direct alignment with site leadership to diagnose friction points—such as sortation mis-scans, dock delays, or compliance issues—and deploy quick micro-learning fixes.
What You Will Do
- Content Design & Development
- Build, update, and maintain modular training content for Linehaul, Driver, and Sortation workstreams.
- Develop blended learning formats: quick-reference job aids, short video modules, hands-on floor checklists, and instructor-led training (ILT) decks.
- Ensure all driver and linehaul training materials align with current standards.
- Training Delivery & Execution
- Conduct hands-on onboarding sessions and recurring skill-building workshops for new and existing sortation associates, linehaul dispatchers, and drivers.
- Spend time directly on the warehouse floor and in the yard to facilitate training, observe workflows, and deliver coaching on the spot.
- Facilitate train-the-trainer programs for peer leads or floor champions to scale training reach across shifts.
- Operational Alignment & Needs Analysis
- Partner with shift supervisors, fleet safety leads, and site managers to pinpoint operational friction (e.g., sortation mis-scans, driver safety incidents, dock delay times).
- Rapidly iterate existing training materials or deploy micro-learning solutions to address identified performance gaps.
Basic Qualifications
- Leveling/Experience: 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or operational training—specifically within transportation, warehousing, or logistics.
- Hands-on Familiarity: Understanding of sortation processes (scanning, cross-docking, conveyor systems), commercial driver compliance, and linehaul yard ops.
- Instructional Tools: Proficiency with instructional design tools and standard LMS administration.
- Communication & Engagement: Ability to build instant credibility with front-line workers, truck drivers, and site leadership.
