SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect는 Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations 등 핵심 비즈니스 도메인 전반에 걸친 Coupang의 SAP 전환을 정의하고 주도하는 역할입니다. 비즈니스 리더, 기술 조직, 글로벌 stakeholder와 협업하여 Coupang의 빠른 성장과 변화하는 비즈니스 환경에 부합하는 확장 가능하고 통합된 SAP S/4 HANA 솔루션을 설계합니다. 솔루션 아키텍처 리딩, end-to-end 비즈니스 프로세스 설계 정의, 기술 팀 가이드, 그리고 SAP 플랫폼이 성능, 안정성, 통합, 보안 측면에서 엔터프라이즈 수준의 기준을 충족하도록 보장하는 책임을 포함합니다. - FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM 등 모듈 전반에 걸친 SAP S/4 HANA 솔루션 아키텍처 및 설계 리딩
- Coupang의 이커머스, 물류, 풀필먼트 운영에 최적화된 end-to-end 비즈니스 프로세스 아키텍처 설계
- SAP S/4 HANA와 Coupang 내부 시스템(OMS, WMS, Finance 시스템, 3rd-party 애플리케이션) 간 integration 패턴 정의
- 장기 비즈니스 목표와 alignment된 SAP 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처 로드맵 수립 및 유지
- SAP best practice, 데이터 모델, 확장성(BTP), Fiori UX, 클라우드 deployment 모델에 대한 전문 가이드 제공
- 기능 및 기술 spec 리뷰를 통해 아키텍처 일관성과 솔루션 품질 보장

- 총 15년 이상의 경력과 그중 최소 8년 이상의 SAP S/4 HANA 솔루션 아키텍처 경험을 보유하신 분
- FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM 등 다수 SAP 모듈에 대한 깊은 hands-on 전문성을 보유하신 분
- 대규모 엔터프라이즈 SAP 환경 및 integration 설계 경험을 보유하신 분

Job Overview
As an SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect, you will define and drive Coupang’s SAP transformation across key business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and global stakeholders to design scalable, integrated SAP S/4 HANA solutions aligned with Coupang’s rapid growth and evolving business landscape.
You will be responsible for leading solution architecture, defining end-to-end business process designs, guiding technical teams, and ensuring SAP platforms meet enterprise-class standards in performance, reliability, integration, and security. This role will directly influence Coupang’s core operational systems and will require strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, cross-functional process knowledge, and enterprise-level architecture skills.
What You Will Do
- Lead the architecture and design of SAP S/4 HANA solutions across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM
- Architect end-to-end business processes aligned to Coupang’s e-commerce, logistics, and fulfilment operations
- Define integration patterns between SAP S/4 HANA and internal Coupang systems (OMS, WMS, Finance systems, 3rd-party applications)
- Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture road map, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, data models, extensibility (BTP), Fiori UX, and cloud deployment models
- Review functional and technical specifications to ensure architectural consistency and solution quality
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams across multiple geographies to design scalable, high-performance SAP solutions
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimisation within the SAP landscape
- Mentor SAP functional and technical teams; drive architectural governance and design reviews
- Ensure SAP platforms meet enterprise-class SLAs for performance, reliability, availability, and security
- Support major SAP initiatives including S/4 HANA rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and greenfield/brownfield implementations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 15 years of overall experience with at least 8years in SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture
- Deep hands-on expertise across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, etc.)
- Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori, CDS Views, IDocs, and API Hub
- Experience leading multi-country/multi-business-unit SAP transformations
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or large-scale supply chain organisations
- Hands-on SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience in greenfield or brownfield programs
- Prior experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, SAP Activate)
- Experience contributing to distributed, global SAP teams.

Document Return Policy
