Position: (Assistant) Manager, Sortation Management - Delivery Station - Camp Manager

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage all camp-level operations, overseeing Camp Leaders
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sorting operations and last-mile delivery execution.
  • Monitor daily KPIs, service levels, and quality metrics to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with regional and central teams to implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Own and optimize shift planning, performance tracking, and resource deployment.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective action plans for any operational failures or delays.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from sorting to delivery and timely dispatch of all routes.
  • Maintain high levels of route success rate, customer satisfaction, and delivery quality.
  • Train and onboard new drivers, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety regulations.
  • Monitor real-time delivery performance and troubleshoot issues with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance across the camp by aligning sorting and delivery processes.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and SOP adherence across all operational shifts.
  • Mentor and develop Camp Leaders and Helper Managers through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Report on camp-wide metrics and provide insights to improve productivity and cost-efficiency.
  • Work with HR, Training, and Support functions to resolve staffing and capability gaps.
  • Manage delivery shifts, ensuring timely route dispatch and issue resolution.
  • Drive delivery quality through coaching, performance reviews, and metrics tracking.
  • Collaborate with Helper Manager to align sort quality with route readiness.
  • Execute contingency plans for late handoffs, route delays, and operational escalations.
  • Provide field-level feedback and data to inform continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in logistics, delivery operations, or warehousing.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience can be substituted.
