Position: Recruiting Coordinator

【What will you do?】

  • Coordination and operation of interview schedules, management of employment contracts, onboarding, etc

  • Establishment and operation of recruitment procedures based on close communication with candidates, recruiters, and businesses

  • Candidate DB Management with Recruiting System

  • Projects to enhance candidate experience and improve recruitment process efficiency

  • Collaborate with the Global Mobility Team to provide comprehensive services for the smooth recruitment of Expat candidates

【Basic Qualifications】
• More than 4 years of HR/Coordinating experience
• English communication skills
• Ability to work well with colleagues in other departments
• Ability to proactively identify problems and proactively improve them
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and able to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
• High awareness of personal information protection and security of interview candidates

【Preferred Qualifications】
• Have relevant business experience for Expat candidates
• Experience in arranging interviews (High volume)
• Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System) and Workday (HR System) experience
