Position : Site Leader, Fulfillment Center
What You Will Do:
- Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable Fulfillment Center(FC) to meet and exceed the operating plan.
- Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance, and customer experience of the operations
- Will set and clarify requirements and expectations for Operations and Shift Managers. Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds Operations Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments.
- Leverages the Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.
- Works closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.
- This position will lead and manage around 10 direct reports and 150 indirect reports.
- Responsible for the site’s growth and partnering with capacity planning and facilities for all growth workforce management needs.
- Managing workflow, escalations and effectively delegating across your leadership team.
- Managing and driving the manpower demand plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives and assist the business to achieve aggressive business/operation goals.
- Develops talent - Create, lead, engage with and direct a workforce to drive enhanced performance include at all levels of the business- employee engagement, performance leadership, talent & succession and training & development.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree graduate in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering or related degree
- 8+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
- Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
- Track record of effectively leading an operation comprising both salaried and hourly staff of at least 100
- Strong in oral and written communication skills with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem -solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize.
- Able to manage detail, establish root cause and be able to extract and manipulate data
- Proven in delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop others into higher levels of leadership in an organization.
- (Note that: we are finding bilingual candidates who speak both Mandarin Chinese and English)

- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situation
- Entrepreneurial in mind, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial
- An analytical thinker with project management skills, attention to detail, an ability to influence others, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation.
