Position : Senior Supply Chain Management Specialist
Coupang Taiwan is looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end supply chain efficiency, enhancing inventory management, and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments, and for demand forecasting, data analysis, and managing capacity across our network.
What you will do?
- Capacity Planning
- Lead long range and short range capacity planning to ensure operational readiness
- Set up robust processes and visualization tools to track storage utilization and create reports to drive action around KPIs
- Forecasting
- Produce and communicate long range and short range volume forecasts; responsible for providing and reviewing forecasts for month-end, quarter-end and year-end performance to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Set up robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to maximize customer experience while balancing costs
- Project Management
- Analyze data to generate forward looking plans to present to stakeholders
- Lead planning cycles with operational stakeholders and deliver recommendations
- Set up processes and make them scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation
- Drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership
- Analyze and interpret data to improve efficiency across supply chain and multiple operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience over 5 years in supply chain management, operations, forecasting, and capacity management.
- Experience in data processing and analysis, with the ability to draw conclusion from data and build basic models to support business decision-making.
- Experience with Excel, statistical modeling, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in English
