Fulfillment Center(이하 FC)는 쿠팡의 물류센터를 말하는 것으로 상품의 입고, 적재, 포장, 출고를 담당하는 곳입니다. FC는 단순한 물류 창고가 아닌, 첨단 기술이 집약된 하나의 Automation Factory로서, 제조업 생산 공장과 같이 각각의 업무를 전문화하고, 입고부터 출고까지 데이터를 기반으로 시공간을 효율적으로 관리하여 낭비를 최소화 하는 등 최적의 물류 시스템을 구현해 나가고 있습니다.

Reliability Manager

Job Overview:
The Reliability Manager is responsible for overseeing the reliability and performance of machinery, equipment, and systems within the organization. This role includes developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend the lifespan of critical assets. The Reliability Manager will work closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to identify and address potential reliability issues, ensuring the organization’s assets operate at optimal performance levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of reliability strategies, ensuring equipment and systems achieve maximum uptime and optimal performance.
• Analyze and monitor the performance of equipment and systems, identifying trends and patterns that may indicate potential reliability issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure timely identification and resolution of problems.
• Develop and manage a preventive and predictive maintenance program to reduce unplanned downtime and extend asset life.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability, such as mean time between failure (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), and availability.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Recommend improvements or upgrades to equipment, systems, and processes to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff on best practices for reliability engineering and maintenance.
• Prepare and manage the reliability budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and asset management strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to asset reliability and maintenance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering or maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
• Strong understanding of reliability tools and techniques such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Experience with asset management software and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Reliability Engineering (e.g., Certified Reliability Engineer – CRE).
• Experience with condition monitoring, vibration analysis, or thermography.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
