Position : Sr. Manager, General Administration

  • This Sr. General Administration Manager aims to deal with daily operation, manage and maintain company properties, oversee asset management, handle office management tasks, exercise budget control and analyze expenditure trends.

What will you do?

  1. Plan and design office layouts to optimize space utilization and enhance productivity.
  2. Coordinate with department/division representatives to gather requirements and understand specific workspace needs.
  3. Manage the setup, arrangement, and maintenance of office furniture and equipment
  4. Oversee office moves and relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  5. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure necessary office furnishings and equipment.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office environment.
  7. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and organization.
  8. Handle any issues or problems related to office arrangements promptly and effectively.
  9. Monitor and manage the budget for office arrangements and related expenses.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Strong organizational and planning skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Interior Design, or related field.
  4. Previous experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a similar role.
  5. Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a plus.
  6. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
