Position Overview: The General Affairs Manager, Rocket Network Services ensures smooth operations at delivery sub-hubs by managing facilities, procurement, infrastructure, and employee welfare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement of all operation/new facility construction related equipment
  • Facility Management: Oversee office spaces, facilities, equipment, inventory control, and procurement
  • Operational Efficiency: Enhance working environments and manage administrative duties
  • General Administration: Support events, manage communications, documents, budgets, and administrative costs
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety checks and compliance with laws and regulations
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between HQ and fulfillment centers, ensuring clear policy dissemination and issue resolutions

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years in General Affairs, Logistics, or Administrations
  • Experience in managing tasks in fulfillment centers and office settings
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of office management and employee welfare regulations
  • Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English
  • Basic proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
