Marketing Lead, Recruiting

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing leader who will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain temporary and fixed-term workers for our logistic centers.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and recruitment marketing.

This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record or scaling tech startups and e-commerce platforms in competitive marketing, particularly in Asia (although not an essential requirement).

Key Responsibilities:

  • The main goal is to hire the necessary number of workers based on daily logistics volume and send them to work at logistics centers on time by shift
  • Manage the overall recruiting funnels which are Acquisition funnel (Marketing), Conversion funnel (Operation), and Retention funnel (Marketing)
  • For acquisition funnel, lead comprehensive recruiting marketing strategies across various recruiting channels (Job portals, Meta, Google, Line) and manage KPIs of the acquisition funnel like CPC(cost per click), CPA(cost per applicant), CPJ(cost per join)
  • For conversion funnel, improve a conversion rate at various conversion funnel stages from applicant to onboarding
  • For retention funnel, improve a retention funnel KPIs like Frequency and Applicants Pool and if needed, plan and execute a promotion event

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in marketing with 3+ years in leadership role, ideally in a fast-growth tech company or e-commerce platform at scale.
  • Experience leading cross-channel marketing strategies (paid, organic and social, search and display marketing).
  • A proven track record of leading acquisition, engagement and funnel optimization with a focus on long-term growth.
  • Strong proficiency in using data and analytics to ‘deep dive’ on challenges to help guide business decisions.
