업무 내용

• IT 엔드포인트 관리 도구를 효과적으로 유지, 운영 및 업그레이드하여 안정적인 글로벌 IT 솔루션을 위해 엔드 유저 컴퓨팅 환경을 지속적으로 개선
• IT 엔드포인트 관리 도구에 대한 실무 지원 제공
• 효율적인 엔드포인트 솔루션 운영을 위한 지속적인 프로세스 개선 수행
• 비즈니스 요구사항을 반영하여 IT 엔드포인트 설정 및 환경 관리
• IT 엔드포인트 관리 도구와 관련된 기술 문제를 해결하기 위해 IT 부서 간 협업하여 엔드 유저 컴퓨팅 문제 해결 및 모니터링
• 협의된 문제 해결 도구 및 프로세스를 활용하여 성능이 저하된 시스템 문제를 식별, 보고 및 해결
• 글로벌 IT 팀과 협력하여 변경 요청을 실행 및 이행하고 사내 IT 프로젝트 지원
• 다양한 부서와 원활하게 소통하며 문제를 식별하고 해결

자격 요건

• 12년 이상의 관련 경험을 보유하신 분
• 글로벌 조직 환경에서 근무한 경험을 보유하신 분
• MDM, Jamf, ME, SCCM, Active Directory, Anti-virus, DLP 및 기타 엔드포인트 관리 도구 등 IT 엔드포인트 컴퓨팅 솔루션 운영 및 구성에 대한 전문 지식을 보유하신 분
• 복잡한 IT 엔드포인트 시스템 프로젝트를 설계, 구현 및 관리한 경험을 보유하신 분
• 비즈니스 요구사항을 분석하고 적절한 솔루션으로 변환할 수 있는 능력을 보유하신 분
• 기술 문서 및 절차를 체계적으로 작성하고 유지하는 능력을 보유하신 분
• 뛰어난 대인 관계 및 우수한 구두/문서 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
• 심층적인 분석 및 체계적인 사고를 기반으로 한 문제 해결 능력을 보유하신 분

• 컴퓨터 공학 학사 학위 또는 이에 준하는 자격을 보유하신 분

서류 반환 정책

1. 본고지는 『채용절차의공정화에관한법률』제11조제6항에 따른 것 입니다.

What You Will Do

• Maintain, operate, and upgrade IT endpoint management tools effectively, continuously improving the end user computing environment for a stable global IT solution.
• Provide hands-on support for IT endpoint management tools.
• Perform continuous process improvements for efficient endpoint solution operations.
• Manage IT endpoint configuration and environment to accommodate business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and monitor end user computing issues, working with cross-functional IT teams to resolve technical problems with IT endpoint management tools.
• Identify, report, and resolve poorly performing system issues using agreed troubleshooting tools and processes.
• Collaborate with other global IT teams to implement and execute change requests and support in-house IT projects.
• Communicate effectively, identify, and solve problems with other cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications

• 12+ years of related work experience.
• Experience working in a global organization matrix.
• Expertise in operating and configuring IT endpoint computing solutions, including MDM, Jamf, ME, SCCM, Active Directory, Anti-virus, DLP, and other endpoint management tools.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT endpoint system projects.
• Ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
• Proficiency in documenting and maintaining detailed technical documentation and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Problem solving ability based on dive-deep and think-systematically mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
• Development experience (Java/Python + MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud solutions is desirable.
• Experience in PMP-based projects.
• Experience providing support to a large end user base on a global scale.
• Time-conscious, focused, organized, and results-driven.

Document Return Policy

1. This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
2. A job applicant, who has applied but not been finally selected for a position at Coupang (the “Company”), may request the Company to return his/her hiring documents submitted pursuant to the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. However, this will not apply where the hiring documents were submitted via the website of the Company or e-mail, or where the job applicant submitted those documents voluntarily without a request from the Company. In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant.
3. A job applicant who wishes to request the return of his/her hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above should fill out a “Request for Return of Hiring Documents” [Annex Form No. 3 in the Enforcement Rule of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and submit It by email ([email protected]). In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. Please be informed that the job applicant is required to pay the postage on the registered mail.
4. In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
5. The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
