Position: (Senior) Operations Manager(Inbound/Outbound/ICQA/BVA), Fulfillment Center
What You Will Do:
1) Inbound (Senior) Operations Manager:
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Supervise the receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming inventory.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely inbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and replenishment processes.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
- Lead and develop a team of inbound associates and supervisors.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize efficiency and workflow.

2) Outbound (Senior) Operation Manager:
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Supervise picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Coordinate with carriers and couriers for timely outbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
- Implement quality control measures for outbound shipments.
- Analyze outbound data to optimize order processing and shipping.
- Lead and develop a team of outbound associates and supervisors.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline outbound processes.

3 ICQA (Inventory Control and Quality Assurance) Operations Manager:

- Manage inventory control and quality assurance procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory policies.
- Analyze data to identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and quality.
- Train and coach ICQA associates on best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Report on key performance metrics and operational challenges.

4) BVA(Business Value Added) (Senior) Operations Manager:
- Solving inbound problem together with suppliers and internal stakeholders like instock team
- Dealing return item issues with suppliers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier's performance on inbound operations
- Lead and develop a team of BVA associates and supervisors.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven warehouse experience. Plan and organize work.
- 5+ years management experience in a manufacturing, production, distribution, E-Commerce Fulfillment center/ Warehouse environment.
- College Level or equivalent is required.
- Computer literate and has above average internet/web skills.
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships.
- Work effectively as a team member.
- Meet schedules and timelines.
- Communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
