Role Overview
It is a very important position in charge of product registration, inspection, purchase, storage, delivery, and management for the growth of the Rocket Growth organization and the sale of seller's products.
We organize and analyze realistic and feasible items that align with corporate strategy and business objectives to identify improvements, and propose and persuade leadership to continuously improve processes and new tasks.

Role Overview
- We plan new programs to improve customer experience, define existing program issues, share issues with related teams, and propose improvement plans.
- In order for the program to be introduced, we persuade the leadership and related departments to data drive and receive tech support. After the introduction of the program, we establish and analyze metrics to achieve optimal results.
- We propose SOP establishment, policy establishment, and process improvement so that work linked to various related departments can be operated seamlessly. Define and demonstrate requirements and problems through interviews with relevant departments.
- We analyze and diagnose operational processes in detail to identify defects and areas for improvement, provide strategies and suggestions for the future, and validate efforts to improve processes.
- In planning, designing, and implementing programs and processes, we lead the project and consult with senior management and responsible departments.
Qualifications
- A forward-thinking person who pursues new things, solves problems quickly, and collaborates passionately
- A person with a strong intellectual curiosity to question the status quo and explore what needs to change to meet changing business needs and succeed in a changing competitive environment.
- Excellent in dealing with numbers when formulating hypotheses, proving results, and generating recommendations
- Excellent project management skills. Able to manage a number of important priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced and unclear environment
- A person who has the ability to prove various issues with numbers and logic
- Those who have more than 8 years of experience in consumer analysis/market research (sales management/management support experience preferred)
Preferential treatment
- Bachelor's or bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA, MS) preferred.
- More than 8 years of experience in business/operational/planning initiatives, project planning and design, leading, and execution. Experience in retail, e-commerce, and project planning preferred
- Prefer data analysis skills
- Proficiency in English and Korean (extra points)

- Document Return Policy
- This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
- A job applicant, who has applied but not been finally selected for a position at Coupang (the “Company”), may request the Company to return his/her hiring documents submitted pursuant to the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. However, this will not apply where the hiring documents were submitted via the website of the Company or e-mail, or where the job applicant submitted those documents voluntarily without a request from the Company. In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant.
- A job applicant who wishes to request the return of his/her hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above should fill out a “Request for Return of Hiring Documents” [Annex Form No. 3 in the Enforcement Rule of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and submit the request to the Company (Coupang Recruiting Team, Tower 730, 570 Songpa-daero, Songpa-gu, Seoul). In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. Please be informed that the job applicant is required to pay the postage on the registered mail.
- In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all of his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Hiring may be restricted in case the legal qualifications required for hiring and work performance are not met.
