Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our Country Head team. You will work closely with the Country Head Taiwan and other stakeholders to achieve strategic plans and objectives, drive decisions and track performance on growth, margins, expenses and strategic initiatives. The Business Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on financial performance, producing key financial reports and dashboards. Other analytical and visualization work will be added as required.

What you will do

Design, develop and improve automated reports and dashboards to measure performance and support business needs
Pull and leverage data to provide proactive, actionable insights that can identify growth opportunities, increase efficiency, and/or deepen understanding of business
Set strategic and measurable goals, define new metrics and collaborate with other teams to achieve success on cross-team projects
Has the potential to become a subject matter expert in areas concerning FP&A

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
5-10 years of experience in business analysis in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization (eCommerce preferred)
Proven experience in product analysis, data reporting, or a similar role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively
Proficiency in querying databases (e.g., SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
