Main Responsibility
Build a comprehansive seller recruiment plan by considering customer needs of Coupang platform in Korea
Develop and establish a solid ecosystem in assigned industry zone with internal and external counterparts, including SSP, industry association, local government. Etc, to empower new sellers' community
Applies category and customer insights to adjust value proposition for external counterpart to achieve seller launch goal
Assist leadership and cross-functional teams to provide seller voices and strategy inputs to continue improving seller and customer experience
Influence internal stakeholders to improve seller experience by removing blockers, optimizing processes and building effective product features as business owners
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related.
3+ years of successful e-commerce related experience, preferably in softline related categories
Demonstrated records in exceeding challenge targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Exceptional relationship management on strategic accounts and busines
Strong dive deep and business acumen
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity with growth and positive mindset
Preferred Qualification:
-Experience in Global Ecommerce area
-Accessible to the sources of major fashion sellers
-Extroverted personality and Korean speaking is a big plus
