Position: Training and Quality Specialist

What You Will Do:

- Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base for customer service training.
• Provide education and training to customer service staff through training sessions.
• Develop customer service response templates.
• Develop/Maitain FAQ.
• Conduct audits of our customer service operations to ensure adherence to company service standards.
• Design and implement a Quality Assurance (QA) program.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service, with experience in either training or QA is preferred.
• Fluency in either Korean or English.
• Understanding of QA tool is a plus.
