팀 소개
쿠팡페이 Payment Walle팀에서 고객 신뢰 구축, 컴플라이언스, 시스템 개선, 최종 사용자에게 최상의 결제 경험을 제공하기 위한 업무를 총괄하고 개선할 경력직 프로덕트 매니저를 모집합니다. 쿠팡에서의 고객경험 및 쇼핑경험을 형성하는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 Payment Wallet팀은, 운영, 법무, 회계, 재무, 쿠팡 체크아웃팀 등 여러 조직과 협업하는 크로스펑셔널 조직입니다.
Payment Wallet팀의 Senior Product Manager는 팀의 전반적인 목표를 뒷받침하는 핵심 성과 지표를 설정하고 담당하는 역할을 하게 됩니다. 프로덕트 도입, 성능 및 진행 상황을 효과적으로 추적하고 평가할 수 있도록 알고리즘, 시스템 및 지표를 설계합니다. 규제 기관, 고객 및 내부 이해관계자 긴밀히 협업하며 요구 사항을 파악하고, 테크 팀과 함께 체계적인 솔루션을 개발하여 시스템 내에 구현합니다.

자격 요건
- 프로덕트 관리 또는 관련 분야 경력 5년 이상인 분
- 프로덕트 관리, 엔지니어링 또는 데이터 사이언스 관련 경험을 보유한 분
- 크로스펑셔널 팀들과 협력하여 프로덕트 비전을 개발 및 구현하고 주요 마일스톤을 통해 팀을 가이드한 경험을 보유한 분
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 능력을 보유한 분
- 대규모의 복잡한 도메인에서 엔드투엔드 경험을 제공하는 소프트웨어 또는 애플리케이션 개발 및 출시 경험을 보유한 분
- 크로스펑셔널 프로젝트 관리 경험을 보유한 분
- 대규모 데이터셋 분석 및 데이터 기반 의사 결정 경험을 보유한 분

우대 사항
- 엔지니어링, 디자인 및 유저 리서치팀과 협업 경험 8년 이상인 분
- 컴퓨터 과학, 공학, 정보 시스템 등 관련 분야의 학사 학위를 소지했고, 2년 이상의 경력을 보유한 분
- 핀테크 또는 컴플라이언스 분야에 경험이 있는 분
- 주요 기회를 발굴하고, 범위가 더 넓은 조직 목표에 부합하는 프로덕트 비전, 전략, 로드맵 개발 경험을 보유한 분

About the Team
The Payment Wallet team at Coupang Pay is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee and improve aspects of customer trust, compliance, system improvements and enabling a best-in-class payments experience for end-users. The Payment Wallet team plays a critical role in shaping the customer and shopper experience on Coupang and is highly cross-functional, collaborating with teams like Operations, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Coupang Checkout and many more.
In this Senior Product Manager role, you will be responsible for setting and owning key performance indicators that support the team's overall goals and objectives. You will design algorithms, systems, and metrics to effectively track and evaluate the adoption, performance, and progress of products. You will work closely with regulators, customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement systemic solutions within the Payment systems.
The role is currently based out of Seoul, South Korea.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related field
- Experience in Product management or Engineering or Data Science
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a product vision and guide the team through key milestones
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience developing and launching software or applications that provide an end-to-end experience in a large, complex domain
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Experience analyzing large data sets and making decisions based on the data
- Experience gathering requirements from various stakeholders and turning them into a product solution
- Technical expertise in analytical tools, methodologies, and design
- Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience working with engineering, design, and user research teams
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, and an additional 2 years of experience
- Experience in Fintech or compliance
- Experience identifying key opportunities and developing product visions, strategies, and roadmaps that align with broader organizational goals
- Experience managing the entire product development lifecycle, incorporating customer feedback into requirements, and overseeing pre- and post-launch execution
- A willingness to adapt and find creative solutions in a constantly changing environment.
- AB testing experience is a plus
