Role Overview

Coupang strong growth requires large investment supported by IT and Tools transformation. This role will be central in helping to transform the Capex operations.

The Capex Manager role will be critical in the management of a multi-million capex cost base. This role involves financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and decision-making to ensure that capital expenditures align with strategic objectives and financial health.


What You Will Do

  • Lead Capex forecasting and analysis activities
  • Partner with Finance IT developers to deliver next generation Capex IT forecasting tool
  • Work with Project Managers and the extended Finance teams in HQ and in fulfillment centers to create timely variance analysis reports used for weekly, monthly reporting and quarterly investment reviews
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management and explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner


Basic Qualifications

  • Finance Master’s degree
  • Capital Expenditure Management
  • Financial Modeling in Excel


Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Power Query
  • SAP FICO Module
  • Software Implementations

Document Return Policy 

· This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.

· A job applicant, who has applied but not been finally selected for a position at Coupang (the “Company”), may request the Company to return his/her hiring documents submitted pursuant to the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. However, this will not apply where the hiring documents were submitted via the website of the Company or e-mail, or where the job applicant submitted those documents voluntarily without a request from the Company. In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant.
