Role Overview

As our Senior Business Analysis  for  CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in Growth Marketing , you will be responsible for connecting Coupang promotions with the right person to make our consumer experience world-class. You will extend our sophisticated targeting systems and our understanding of customer behavior so that the best offer goes to the best person at the best time.


What You Will Do

  • Identifies target customers for every promotion in a timely manner
  • Support development of predictive models
  • Provides insight into consumer behavior to support communication and marketing technology investment decisions
  • Provides detailed requirements and designs to support marketing technology development


Basic Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in analytics in a commercial environment with proven ability to turn data into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Expertise with SQL , SQL tuning, and relational database systems
  • Experience using business intelligence reporting tools (Tableau, Data Cubes, Power BI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of statistics, experimental design and/or machine learning and their application to marketing problems


Preferred Qualifications

  • Keen interest in consumer behavior and marketing best practice
  • Experience using a programming language (R, SAS, Python, Java, etc.) for automation, job scheduling, and statistical analysis
  • Experience developing data products and algorithms embedded in larger systems
  • Knowledge of data management fundamentals and data storage principles
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Document Return Policy
