Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CapEx Processes through various ERP systems, engaging with stakeholders to drive required changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, along with experience in process development and management.


What You Will Do

  • Lead the development, optimization, and management of CapEx process including Anaplan, ensuring it supports efficient financial planning and anaylsis.
  • Design, configure, and maintain complex CapEX process including Anaplan.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within the CapEx Framework.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of CapEx processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the CapEx framework and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Also, act as the key liaison between finance, IT, and other relevant teams.
  • Lead change management efforts related to CapEX process improvements by developing and delivering training programs.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of CapEx processes, models, and procedures.
  • Ensure that the CapEx process is compliant
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate insights to support strategic decision-making with operation and other stakeholders.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business application management, with a focus on CapEX or other financial process.
  • Extensive experience in finance-related roles with a deep understanding of financial principles.
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry or other related industry.
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

Document Return Policy
