What are the 4 things you need this person to do?
As a Principal Business Analyst for Rocket Growth,
- Design and execute analytic projects in collaboration with sales, product owner, engineering, finance, legal and other specialists.
- Design and develop automated reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existent metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Write concise documents communicating results to stakeholders and visualize data to drive decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Maths or Finance
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role
- 5+ years of experience in handling large data sets using SQL and databases in a business environment.
- Proven professional experience working with large data sets and writing complex SQL queries to pull data
- Demonstrated ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Proven experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role
- Advanced technical or business degree (MS, Masters in Information Science or MBA)
- Analytical horsepower to break down complex problems, and a strong will to get things done and deliver results
- Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Superior verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external organizations
- Knowledge of Tableau

Document Return Policy
- This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.
