We have recently launched our services in Taiwan including Rocket Delivery which offers next-day delivery for a wide selection of items at affordable prices and Rocket Overseas which offers free international delivery on millions of best-selling products from Korea, the U.S., and beyond.

Role Overview:

As part of our exciting expansion plan, we are hiring for a Director, Strategic Talent Partner Ideal candidates will have solid, demonstrable experience with HR management and employee relations. You will collaborate with senior leaders on a daily basis to express new ideas and suggest solutions, develop critical people strategies, and enhance our company culture.

What You Will Do:

  • In collaboration with Korea HQ, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Partner directly with senior leadership and acting as the HR lead for all Taiwan specific HRBP duties for both commercial and fulfillment center employee populations on performance management, global mobilities, payroll (COE), retention and attrition management
  • Oversees office management as well as onboarding/offboarding related tasks
  • Tactically acting as a business medium for all employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese 
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an HRBP function, ideally in an leadership role
  • Supply Chain/Tech/Manufacturing or eCommerce background is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in working in a fast-growing environment and with experience in scaling up a business in a short space of time is highly advantageous
  • Independent, fast pace, knowledge in local labor law and able to lead and operate under a highly ambiguous environment
  • Fluency in English/Mandarin, both in speaking and writing
