Role Overview

CPLB is looking for a smart, customer obsessed, driven, and creative candidate to develop and execute inventory management strategies to maximize customer experience, sales, margin, and inventory turns. Principal, Program Management will drive initiatives to improve process and efficiency, help related teams achieve best in class operational excellence by designing and delivering impactful programs across cross-functional areas by providing data insights and useful tools. They will use data to influence others and build scalable systems and processes.  


What You Will Do 

  • Build and perform tools for a variety of analysis, from high-level metrics to very subtle in-depth analysis 
  • Build up proper performance management system daily, weekly, monthly to track overall PL performance vs. plan through different key indicators
  • Dive deep into business problem, improve processes, identify defects and find opportunities. 
  • Continuously identify efficiency improvement and business scale up opportunities through comprehensive platform data analysis & market research insights. 
  • Design/Delivery an influential program for several functions and lead steady improvements to business processes to ensure the affiliated/cross functional teams to successfully perform their responsible programs and support CPLB’s business growth 
  • Provide practical, actionable SOPs that can help align with corporate long term strategies, business goals and objectives. 


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science, business, or related fields 
  • Has good understanding and knowledge of supply chain management and inventory management. 
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / 8+ years of total experience in a retail environment 
  • 8+ years of total experience
  • Skilled in SQL coding and Excel 
  • Communicative English in both written and verbal

  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done 
  • Must be able to think creatively and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Document Return Policy
