Team Overview

Coupang SDE Process and supply chain Solutioning team seeks a Professional in Supply chain development with good analytical and communication skills to join our team. We build solutions that involve learning from large amounts of data and building and deploying solutions to deliver business impact.

 

What You Will Do

  • Develop the overall Fresh (Frozen, chilled, and Ambient SKUs) Process design strategy, working with teams in and outside of the organization
  • Fulfilment on-floor Packaging and system-based Logic building based on SKU/Product sensitivity, the Customer experience at optimal cost.
  • Work with a team of high-performing analytics, data science professionals, and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, optimize service performance
  • Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data; develop deep-dive analyses for supply chain waste and Cost saving opportunities.
  • Design and analyze experiments to test ideas for Product /SKUs attribute (Frozen, Chilled and Ambient) based, improved Packaging process and convert the results into actionable recommendations
  • Planning of Packaging material along with reconciliation to avoid supply chain wastages.
  • Build a strong partnership with upstream functions and effectively measure, control, and respond to planning variation
  • Define, prioritize and track the progress of key milestones toward achieving your vision and strategic goals

  • 장기 계획을 수립하는 조직(Upstream function)과의 강력한 파트너십 구축 및 계획의 변화를 효과적으로 평가 및 관리, 그리고 그러한 변화에 대한 대응
  • 비전 및 전략적 목표 달성을 위해 주요 마일스톤 정의, 우선순위 정의 및 마일스톤에 따른 진행상황 추적 관리

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field -Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply chain, Operations research, or related quantitative discipline.
  • 10+ years of work experience in Process design, Supply chain Process development, and Data analysis to solve practical business problems
  • Team player with a self-motivated and "CAN-DO" attitude
  • Ability to learn new techniques, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-starter, outstanding team player with a customer mindset who takes initiative to communicate effectively to a variety of groups
  • Comfortable with multiple priorities and able to work under pressure in an often ambiguous environment
  • Able to communicate in the English language.

자격 요건

  • 정량적 부문 학사 학위 - 포장공학, 산업공학, 공급망, 운영 연구 또는 기타 관련 학과
  • 실무적인 문제를 해결할 수 있을 정도로 프로세스 디자인, 공급망 프로세스 개발 및 데이터 분석 부문에서 10년 이상 업무 한 경험
  • 물류센터 운영, 이커머스 업계에서의 패키징 및 공급망 관리에 관한 지식
  • 스스로 동기부여 할 줄 알고, “할 수 있다”는 태도를 지닌 팀 플레이어
  • 신기술을 습득하고, 빠르게 변화하는 환경 속에서 마감 기한을 준수할 수 있는 능력
  • 자발적으로 행동하는 사람. 먼저 나서서 다양한 그룹과 효과적으로 의사소통 하며, 고객 중심의 마음 가짐을 가진 뛰어난 팀 플레이어
  • 여러 우선순위를 편하게 다루고, 종종 불확실한 환경에서의 압박 속에서도 일할 수 있는 능력

  • Advance Excel-based data management.
  • Database experience with SQL or SQL-like skills (Hadoop-Hive); experience researching and manipulating complex and large data sets
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Design and develop core business metrics, create insightful automated dashboards and data visualization to track them and extract useful business insights
  • Knowledge of fulfillment center operations, Packaging, or supply chain management in the e-commerce industry
