Team Description

The global e-commerce team is looking for an experienced, analytically inclined Senior Business Analyst to deepen understanding of new and on-going businesses and explore further areas for management and growth opportunities. This individual will be instrumental in providing insight during the entire business management process - including recommending measurable and realistic goals in the planning phases and continually monitoring and providing improvements throughout. This role will require deep understanding of how businesses operate and precision will be the most basic requirement to being successful. Ideal candidates will be masterful at translating business jargon into quantitative values and using the latter to communicate to cross-functional teams to guide business decisions and direction.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop and improve automated reports and dashboards to measure performance and support business needs

  • Pull and leverage data to provide proactive, actionable insights that can identify growth opportunities, increase efficiency, and/or deepen understanding of business
    데이터를 추출, 이용하여 선제적이고도, 실행 가능한 인사이트를 제공함으로 성공 기회를 확인하고, 효율성과 비즈니스에 대한 이해도를 증대시킵니다.
  • Set strategic and measurable goals, define new metrics and collaborate with other teams to achieve success on cross-team projects
    여러팀 간 협업을 통해 진행되는 프로젝트를 성공시키기 위해 전략적이고 측정가능한 목표를 설정하고, 신규 지표 정의하며, 타팀과 협업합니다.
  • Become a subject matter expert in areas concerning global business or e-commerce (shipping, traffic, search, etc.)
    글로벌 비즈니스 또는 이커머스 영역의 관련 주제 전문가가 되어야 합니다. (선적, 트래픽, 검색 등)


Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant work experience in an analytical field
    5년 이상의 분석 분야 근무 경력
  • Expert level technical skills in SQL, MS Excel, Tableau or other BI tools
    SQL, MS Excel, Tableau, 기타 BI 툴 전문가 수준의 스킬
  • Effectively and clearly communicate technical insights to broad non-technical audience
    기술적 인사이트를 기술 지식이 없는 사람들에게 효과적, 명료하게 커뮤니케이션 하는 능력
  • Analytical thinking process and strong business acumen; able to quantify relevant business strategy into measurable metrics
    여러팀의, 그리고 스스로의 프로젝트 타임라인 관리, 우선순위 결정 능력
  • Near native fluency in at least 2 of English, Korean and Chinese
    원어민 수준의 영어, 한국어, 중국어(최소 2개 언어)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Work experience in international trade or e-commerce
    해외무역, 이커머스 근무 경험 보유자
  • Advanced degree in statistics, MIS, mathematics or relevant subject
    통계, MIS, 수학, 관련 분야 석사 또는 박사학위 소지자
  • Experience in Python a plus
    Python 사용 가능자 우대

Document Return Policy
