Position: Partner Logistics Specialist (Quick Flex Payment Specialist)
Responsible for managing the quick flex vendors full settlement process including calculation, payment cycle as well as different claims as losses/damages.
What will you do?
- Team Introduction: Coupang Logistics Services (CLS) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Data Management and Accounting team. This team is responsible for managing the full settlement process with CLS’s delivery partners, ensuring smooth operations through accurate cost calculations, promotions, and administrative support. If you are detail-oriented, data-savvy, and eager to grow in a dynamic logistics environment, we welcome your application.
- Settlement and promotion calculations for CLS delivery partners
- Payroll-related audits, financial closing, and administrative support
- Responding to settlement-related inquiries from CLS branches
- Handling loss/damage claims from delivery partners
- General administrative duties
Essential Qualifications
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and advanced Excel functions
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible approach
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to identify and execute tasks independently
- Customer-oriented mindset to enhance service competitiveness
- Experience using SQL and data analysis tools
- Flexible mindset adaptable to change and business growth
- Prior experience in a similar industry with a quick grasp of Coupang’s business model
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP
