HR Operations Leadership
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR operational services, ensuring processes are efficient, accurate, and employee-centric.
• Manage a team of HR operations professionals, fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
• Establish and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR operations.

Process & Policy Management
• Design, document, and continuously improve core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leaves, and records management).
• Ensure HR policies and standard operating procedures are up to date, clearly communicated, and compliant with applicable labor laws.
• Serve as the gatekeeper for policy governance and HR compliance.

HR Systems & Data Management
• Own HRIS administration and ensure HR data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system optimization.
• Partner with regional/global project team, IT and vendors to drive system enhancements, integrations, and automation across platforms (e.g., Workday).
• Support data requests, HR dashboards, and audits with accurate and timely information.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination
• Oversee accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll in coordination with Finance and external payroll providers.
• Ensure alignment between HR transactions (e.g., promotions, terminations, compensation changes) and payroll outcomes.
• Coordinate benefit administration processes, including enrollments, renewals, and vendor management.

Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure HR operations are compliant with local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Monitor and manage sensitive processes such as disciplinary actions, terminations, and data privacy protocols.

Employee Experience & Support
• Oversee HR service channels to provide timely, accurate support to employees and managers.
• Continuously improve employee-facing processes and tools to enhance the HR service experience.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and employee trust in HR.

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless execution of HR programs.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex operational or employee lifecycle issues.
• Support major company initiatives such as reorganizations, new entity set-up, and workforce transitions.
