Position: [Cross-border] Assistant Manager, Catalog Operation Management
The Cross-border Business team is looking for an Assistant Manager who is motivated and has a bias for action and can think systemically to bring to life new areas of business for the team.
This role will lead a team of operators to work closely with various cross-functional teams to build, launch and scale new needle-moving initiatives that bring direct impact to Coupang catalog quality and our customers.
This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail and strong execution and process optimization skills. An individual would succeed in the role when he/she is a strategic thinker, yet capable of rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty to ensure front-line execution excellence.
What will you do?

Audit if the catalog quality is perfect for showing in front-end. Make sure the product info is clear and sufficient for users, and parity to KR guidelines.

Optimize the operational process to improve the efficiency and quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to develop and implement project plans in TW
Essential Qualifications:

Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and basic SQL

Ability to motivate and inspire team members, driving each operator to perform at their best

Strong attention to detail, with a patient, proactive mindset and independent problem-solving abilities

Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders

Native Chinese required

Fluent level English & Korean (equivalent to TOPIK 5 or above)
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the retail industry
