Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing the company's website operations, planning website and app exposure, and developing campaigns to achieve performance targets. You will lead projects with performance ownership, ensuring that business goals align with delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and implement merchandise strategies to ensure products are presented in the most attractive manner.
  • Coordinate and merchandise at various placement, ensuring consistency and high standards.
  • Analyze sales data to adjust merchandise displays and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaign.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience including at least 2 years of eCommerce marketing.
  • Proficiency with Excel and extracting data through different tools.
  • Written and verbal Chinese & English language skills at fluent level.
  • Work experience based on quantitative targets – able to lead projects with performance ownership and reporting within an organization.
  • A person who is able to maintain work priorities in a complex and rapidly changing situation where multiple stakeholders and requests are intertwined – a person who prefers a fast-paced work style.
  • Ability to conceive new ideas and experimentations for consideration. Understands the difference between 1-way and 2-way doors.
  • Detail oriented, high standards and a bias toward action.
  • Always ensures business goals and plans are in line with ‘WOW the Customer’ – never sacrifices customer experience for short-term goal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working in e-commerce OR global brands OR marketing agencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree majored in business, finance, analytical or related majors (mathematics, statistics, economics, marketing, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus.
