Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Engineer to lead the support and introduction of new IT technologies for End User Computing (PDA, Systems, Network, Linux, Thin client, Client engineering) in our Fulfillment Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in managing technology operations for e-commerce or retail companies. Experienced in E-Commerce with minimum 5 Years of experience in launching buildings , managing IT Infrastructure and adopting new Global standards and introducing new technology.

Responsible for endpoint IT hardware, end-user services, the introduction of new technology, and innovative solutions for Coupang’s Fulfillment Centers and Logistic Centers operations, in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. The End User Services Staff Engineer will provide technical expertise and leadership to end-user services IT staff, on the Network and System Engineering L1/L2 support enablement and maintenance of endpoint IT hardware, networks, client technologies, business applications. Should lead analysis, problem-solving, and project management for new business and IT initiatives. This person will be directly responsible for Asset Management, Service Desk L1/L2 Support and FC Client Engineering through Technology enablement.


Key Responsibilities:
- Support and introduce new IT technologies for End User Computing, including PDA, Systems, Network, Linux, Thin client, and Client engineering.
- Lead the launch and management of Warehouse technology operations, including automation and robotics.
- Manage people without authority, influencing and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve technology goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in System engineering, Networks, and End User Computing.
- Launch and manage remote support, zero-touch deployment, and automation initiatives.
- Analyze data for asset management, MDM management, client engineering tool, and automation.
- Lead the migration of Windows to Linux and Chrome to Linux for highly flexible and reliable system deployments.
- Launch and manage remote deployment of end-user computing solutions.
- Develop and manage monitoring systems and dashboards for end-user devices.
- Drive efficiency generation projects and Kaizens for Warehouse operations.


Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supporting and introducing new IT technologies for End User Computing in an e-commerce or retail company.
- Total experience of 15-20 years in IT technology, with a focus on Fulfillment Operations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech, MS, MTech).
- One of the following certifications: CCNA, MCSE, CCNP.
- Proven experience in launching and managing Warehouse automation technology, including robotics and automation.
- Experience in managing and launching monitoring systems and dashboards for end-user devices.
- Strong technical leadership skills, with experience as an individual contributor or technology leader.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industry, preferably in Fulfillment Operations.
- Knowledge of Linux, thin client, and client engineering technologies.
- Experience with automation tools and technologies, such as robotics and automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and asset management.
